Cleaning & facility services · proof of work done

Your clients never see
your work. Show it to them.

Cleaning happens before they arrive, so your work is invisible by design. IchBin turns every visit into proof: clocked presence, checked tasks, timestamped photos.

What you live with today

Invisible work is work that can be disputed.

Your teams come through at 5 a.m., into empty offices. Your client has never watched a single one of your agents work. All they see is what is left to complain about.

The client drops by at 3 a.m. Nobody.

One surprise visit is enough to lose a contract that took a year to win. You find out by phone, the next morning.

The colleague who clocks in for two.

One agent covers for the other, the logbook stays spotless, and you pay two shifts for one person on site.

The invoice that gets argued over.

Your client disputes hours. You have nothing to produce, so you give in, or you lose the relationship.

How it holds up

Presence, execution, and the rule that binds them.

A clock-in proves the agent was there. A checklist proves the work was done. IchBin is the only one that requires the first to accept the second.

Presence

Arrival and departure clocked on site: live photo, GPS position checked against the geofence, server time, not phone time.

Geofence · live photo · server timestamp

Execution

You define the checklist for each site. The agent checks off task by task; on the ones you mark sensitive, a photo is mandatory.

Checklist per site · photo per task

The rule

A task can only be checked by a clocked-in agent, on the right site, during their shift. Checked from home: refused.

Proof of work backed by proof of presence

What you hand your client

The report that keeps your contracts.

Every month, every site: the visits, the tasks, the photos. Your competitors promise quality. You document it.

What this document changes

  • The dispute ends with one attachment. "The restrooms were not done" is answered with a timestamped photo from that very morning.
  • Thursday's 3/4 is your best argument. A report that also shows what was missed is a report people believe, and you knew before your client did.
  • At renewal, you are no longer comparable. Against a cheaper competitor, you are the only one whose quality is a file, not a promise.

On the ground, for real

Built for the 5 a.m. visit, not for the demo.

No signal required

The clock-in is saved on the phone and sends itself. The agent never sees a failure.

Two gestures per visit

Arrive, frame, tap. No menus, no forms, no training.

Light, genuinely

Built for entry-level Android phones and data plans counted in megabytes.

24 h to get started

You invite your agents by email. They choose their own password. You manage nothing.

Compliance

Compliant by design, not by disclaimer.

Employee geolocation is tightly regulated, and rightly so: our product does not need to watch people to prove the work.

Built for the Cameroonian field

Built for Douala, not adapted from Paris.

Patchy networks, entry-level phones, mobile payment: the constraints of the field are the starting point of the product.

Point-in-time clocking, never continuous tracking

Position is captured only at the moment of clocking and of the work itself: no permanent tracking of employees. Proportionate, with a clear purpose.

Your staff see what you see

Every agent can review their own clock-ins and photos. Transparency is the best social policy, and the best compliance defence.

GDPR: retention under control

Photos purged automatically at the deadline you set, exportable data, access log. Your client's DPO will be satisfied.

Native Mobile Money

Subscription paid with MTN MoMo or Orange Money. No credit card required, no international transfer.

Offline first

Clocking and checklists work with no signal and sync on their own. Built for 2G in a basement, not for fibre.

Real-time oversight

Who is on shift, on which site, for how long, live on your supervisor's dashboard.

Pricing

Billed per site, not per agent.

Because that is already how you bill your own clients. Your teams rotate, your sites stay: your cost stays readable.

The questions we get

What you are already wondering.

Will my agents accept clocking in with a photo?

Better than you would think, on one condition: transparency. Every agent sees their own clock-ins and their own photos. Nothing is collected behind their back. The gesture takes thirty seconds, and it protects the agent too: it is the proof they were there, on time, when a client disputes it.

What phones do we need to buy?

None. The app runs on the entry-level Android phones your teams already carry. No time clock, no hardware to install on site, nothing to maintain.

What if there is no signal: basements, car parks, plant rooms?

Clock-ins and checklists are saved on the phone and send themselves when the signal returns. The agent never sees an error, the report stays complete. It is built for the basement, not for fibre.

Is it GDPR-compliant? What do I tell the works council?

The product does no continuous GPS tracking: position is captured only at the moment of clocking and of the tasks, for one precise purpose: establishing that the work was done. That is the framework regulators consider proportionate. Your staff are informed, they see their own data, and photo retention is configurable. We provide the information pack to hand to your works council.

How does payment work?

MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money, once a year, two months free. No credit card required, no international transfer, no monthly chasing.

How long does it take to start?

Twenty-four hours. You create your site, the checklist starts from a ready-made "office cleaning" template, and your agents get an email invitation where each one picks their own password. You manage no accounts.

And if I want to stop?

You stop. The pilot has no commitment, the subscription is monthly. Your reports and your data stay exportable: they belong to you.
